Once you are happy to proceed with our recommended mortgage product, you can pay our broker fee online or over the phone
If we are unable to secure a mortgage product we will refund the Mortgage Broker Fee. This is subject to our refund terms & conditions.
Step 4 – Mortgage Application
We will now process your mortgage application and submit it to the relevant lender. Your advisor will keep you updated with the progress of your application at every stage
